Bakersfield Californian, Tuesday, June 19, 1951Thomas, Raymond Henry - Funeral services for Raymond Henry Thomas, 36, Rt.1, Fellows, who was killed in an auto accident Saturday near Taft, were conducted at 10 a.m. today in the chapel of Erickson-Brown funeral Home, Taft. The Reverend Ernest Johnson, pastor of the Four Square Church officiated. Burial was in the West Side Cemetery. Mr. Johnson (sic) was born in Butler, Okla., February 24, 1915, and had been a resident of the West side for 27 years. He was employed by the Rocky Mountain Drilling Co. and was a veteran of World War II. Survivors include three children, Thelma, Robert and Rita Rae living at Atascadero; his parents Mr. & Mrs. Robert R. Thomas, Atascadero; two brothers, Robert J. of Bakersfield and Roy Lee of Fellows; three sisters, Mrs. R. L. Fogter, Fellows, Mrs. C. B. Edwards, Pacoima, and Mrs. Roy Armestead, Hemet.
