Mr. Oliver Dillingham, 530 Olive Ave., succumbed Sunday in a Bakersfield hospital. Mr. Dillingham was born in Hemp, Georgia, January 3, 1885 and had resided for six years on the West Side. He was a retired farmer. He is survived by his widow, Bertha of the home address, two daughters, Mrs. Roma Turner of Taft and Mrs. Dove of BlueRidge, Georgia; two sons, J.L. and Frank, both of Taft. Thirteen grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren also survive. He was a member of the Baptist Church of Hemp. Services will be conducted Wednesday morning at 10 in the Erickson and Brown Funeral Chapel with the Reverend Charles Wilkinson, of the First Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in the Westside District Cemetery.
