Mrs. Nancey McNevins, 82, was killed Saturday in a two-car collision 25 miles east of Maricopa on US Highway 99. She was a passenger in a car driven by her son, Ben McNevins, of Phoenix, Ariz., when his auto collided with another vehicle at Mettler’s Station. Survivors include four sons, Ben, George McNevins, Maricopa; Andrew S., Wewok, Okla. and Jess of Grandview, Wash.; three daughters Flora Henderson, Latunai, New Mexico: Jospehine Quigg, Tuscon, Ariz., and Coleen Johnson, Anthony, Tex. Several grandchildren also survive. Mrs. McNevins was born in Holdenvbille, Okla., December 25, 1874 and at the time of her death was a resident of Phoenix, Ariz. Funeral arrangements will be conducted at Erickson and Brown Funeral Chapel Tuesday at 2 p.m. and interment will be in the West Side Cemetery. W.A. Mayfield will officiate.
