Services for Jerry Wayne Garrison of Maricopa, who was killedSaturday near Berkeley while riding a bicycle, will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Erickson and Brown chapel. Rev. Lee Collum of the McFarland Missionary Baptist Church will conduct the services. Burial will be in West Side Cemetery. Garrison was born in Arvin January 30, 1942. He lived at the Triple J. Ranch, east of Maricopa and was a student at Berkeley. Surviving are his parents John A. and Joyce V. Garrison of Maricopa. Also surviving are four brothers, Freddy Joe, David Bruce, Kenneth Leon, all of Maricopa, and William Thomas of the Air Force in Tennesse. He leaves two sisters, Patricia Blanche Garrison and Sherry Lynn Garrison, also of Maricopa. Other survivors include his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. B.L. Turnage of Maricopa, a grandfather, James W. Garrison of Arvin and grandmother, Mrs. Leona Tripp of Bakersfield.
