Mr. Edward Charles Anderson of Maricopa died in a Bakersfield hospital early Sunday morning. Mr. Anderson was born in Long Beach, November 5, 1904 and had been a resident of Maricopa for the past 30 years. He was a graduate of Maricopa High School and for a number of years was employed as a boilermaker for J.J. Lehman. He later became owner and operator of the Maricopa Boiler Workers. He is survived by his widow, Mary Alice, of Maricopa; a son, Edward F. of Taft; a daughter, Mary Ann Burilson of Alhambra; a borhter, Frank O., of Long Beach and six grandchildren. Reverend James C. Thompson of the Congregational Church of Maricopa will conduct funeral services in the Chapel of the Erickson & Brown Funeral Home Tuesday morning at 10 o’clock. Interment will be in the West Side Cemetery.
